Light Vinyasa Flow

Below you will find a light flow for you to practice at your own pace. This practice takes you through 45 minutes of flow through some standard poses to provide a light flow, basic alignment guidance and beginner advice.

Options make a full 45 minutes or longer spend more time in:

  • Child’s pose at the beginning | cat/cow stretches

  • Core Work

  • Playtime with Crow Pose

  • Savasana
