Quick little booty burn out for your glutes that you can do at home.

  • Donkey Kicks (Flex Right Foot)

  • Donkey Kick hold and pulse up (keep foot flexed)

  • Hamstring Curls (keep thigh parallel to your map)

  • Extend Leg and Pulse High

  • Fire Hydrants

  • COMBO: Fire Hydrant and Donkey KickFire Hydrant

  • Come down on opposite forearm and extend and bend right leg

  • Child's Pose Lean into Right Side

  • REPEAT ON LEFT SIDE
