Join me for 60 minutes of fun. Starting with a nice flow to warm our bodies up and moving into incorporating weights as we hold yoga positions. All themed to great jams and catered to all yogis. Understanding of some yoga positions does help but not required. Take breaks, drop weights, add some challenges. It is your workout and I am just your guide.
